Real Estate Virtual Assitant

Looking for a virtual assistant to make outbound calls to potential Real Estate buyers/sellers. Experience with cold calling would be an asset. As well, the VA should have good knowledge for social media marketing--putting ads on Facebook, Craigslist, Kijiji.
(Start with $2.50/hr + bonuses) As you grow on the job, we can review salary options.

The following Skills would be an asset:
* CRM management
* Proficient on the phone
* Lead generation and lead conversion
* Speak and write English well
* Real Estate knowledge or experience would be a benefit
* Positive attitude and love talking to people
* Be able to work independently

We can start with a few simple tasks and go from there.
