Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset?
Would you like to learn from the owners of both a premier fashion manufacturing and real estate service companies in the NYC area, whose company was chosen as one of the Top 25 Hot Companies to look out for in 2016 by Counselor Magazine?
Below is a summary of the tasks and skills we are looking for, but don’t worry. You do not have to fit in every position. You start small and grow with us over the coming months. If you find a few areas that are a better fit for your abilities, feel free to let us know!
Key Skills Required / We’ll Help You Build On In The Long Term:
Technical Skills: Google Docs, Google Sheet, Gmail communications, data entry, social media, being creative, other Google-related apps, research, web design, and phone communications. Overall we want you to be flexible, open to learning new things you are not used to and to always have a “can do” attitude.
Good Hands Real Estate: We have 2 divisions for this company. One for our current rentals and another for our rehabbing business. The rental part of this business has already been established for some time and we are now reshaping it so other people can take over certain parts of it and manage multiple sections to reach maximum productivity. The real estate rehabbing part of the business is still in development stages and will need the ideal A-Player to be a part of that
Type of Person: We only want “A Players”; team players with an entrepreneurial mindset. Highly motivated self-starters; that proactively seek opportunities to do your job more effectively/efficiently, who doesn’t wait to be told what to do: flexible in how to approach tasks that will change over time: willingness to do what it takes to win; commitment to continuous personal growth; eager to learn more about eCommerce, customer service and social media. Reliable, accountable, dependable, willingness to maintain an open dialog with your team members; understand/willing to learn the importance of “systems” in a well-run business; you have no issues with fast-changing tasks; you are resourceful with a “can-do” attitude; drama free. :)
