Marketing Negotiator

Do you consider yourself a master negotiator?

My name is Usama, and I am looking for the ultimate people person to join my team and help the business grow in places that no introvert could ever hope to grow. 

This role will see you replying to large numbers of emails on a daily basis, each with their own unique, nuanced touch. You’ll need to understand the subtleties of human nature and be able to understand and react in the most appropriate manner. For this, you’ll need a proven track record of dealing with people, whether that be previous customer service or even client based work. 

You’ll be given full training and guidelines, however, I’m looking for someone who isn’t afraid to give their input and try new things to improve results. You’ll be responding to a large quantity of emails on a daily basis and be in charge of making sure everyone response is correctly replied to and processed. 

Required Experience
• General IT proficiency and familiarity with email (preferably Gsuite)
• Previous experience in a people facing job 
• Near native English Language ability
• Intermediate understanding of Excel or Google Sheets

• Recording results and successes in the databases
• Improving and tweaking company SOPs
