JOB OVERVIEW

We are an e-commerce boutique specializing in baby nursery décor and baby gifts. Our growing company is in need of a full-time assistant to join our team. We are a woman owned company searching for someone with a strong work ethic who is looking for long term growth, learning and an opportunity to increase their skill set while becoming an integral part of the success of our company. Our ideal candidate must be proficient in the English language-both verbal and written communications-and must have a high-functioning wireless connection and laptop in order to perform ---------- addition, our ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have experience working with Amazon FBA sellers and/or the Amazon Central portal which will be used in order to complete and maintain sales, inventory and cash flow reports as well as other on-going assignments. This person will also possess strong internet market research and writing skills. These skills will be used to research and create reports on market trends, new product ideas as well as locating and corresponding with potential new suppliers. Knowledge and interest in home design and décor as well as an and understanding of our core customer base and the baby gift and décor market is a plus though not required.

Required skills:
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Strong verbal and written English skills
? Strong internet research skills
? Comfortable working with Gmail, Dropbox and other on-line systems
? Ability to follow instructions and comfortable asking for clarification and guidance
? Attention to detail
? Self-motivated, loyal and trustworthy
? Ability and Interest to learn new tasks and skills.
? Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time

Bonus (but not necessary) skills:
• Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop)
• Experience with Canva
• Familiarity with MailChimp and/or other e-mail database communication tools
• Background or experience and interest in home décor design
• Knowledge of the baby gift and décor market
• Experience in creating social media posts
• Any experience in Article or Blog writing


What you will do to start:
? Tasks will include a checklist of daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks in Amazon Seller Central, weekly cashflow report, inventory reconciliation and weekly trend reporting
? Web research projects (Market research of nursery décor and baby trends, identifying potential new products for the brand and locating and contacting potential new suppliers)

Other Job Details
? Position Type: Full time, 40 hours per week
? Monthly Salary: $350/month plus incentive bonuses and 13th month payment
? 2 weeks Paid Vacation and Declared Holidays
? Start Date: Immediately
? Job Duration: Permanent Monday-Friday
? Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Flexible daily start time (6am-3pm/ 7am – 4pm/ 8am-5pm PHT). Availability for weekly check-in call at mutually agreeable time.
