I need help with connecting different google sheets together using special functions

The purpose is to automatically trigger information from a row in one sheet to be passed into as a row in another sheet once it reaches a certain "status", chosen by the operator, so that other sheet users can start their work as soon as the status has been changed to their responsibility.

One sheet could be connected to multiple other sheets to pass information to different users, and some users will only have access to some sheets.
