Quantity Surveyor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the evaluation of bids; evaluates monthly progress billings, change orders, price escalation/adjustments and time and cost trade off.
Assists in the preparation of Inception Report, Monthly Progress Reports and Post Construction Report.
Prepares the cost estimates (direct and indirect costs) of additional pay items of the project.
Conducts periodic measurement of physical accomplishments.
Monitors and updates productivity ---------- CATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
Licensed Civil Engineer
Computer literate
with at least 5 years solid experience as Quantity Surveyor
