Our Team is looking for an inside sale agent to make follow up call to buyer and seller leads and set appointments to meet with them. You may also be asked to do light email management. To be consider please call ---------- and leave me a voice mail with a your name and why we should hire you.

Have 1 year appointment setting experience
Proof of high speed internet
Have a phone number you can call from already set up

DUTIES
? To help maintain contact and follow up with as many buyers and sellers as possible
? To place follow up calls to all leads which have been allocated on your online day timer
? To provide information to prospective buyers/sellers until they are ready for a CMA/ Buyer Appointment
? To assess when a lead turns hot and should be turned over to an Outside Sales Agent
? To ensure that all prospects who have been placed on the Vip Buyer Program are receiving follow up calls at a minimum of every thirty (30) days
? To ensure that all seller prospects who are considering moving within the next 3 months are placed on the Gold Plan #1 program and that seller prospects considering moving within the next 6 months are placed on the Gold Plan #2
