YouTube Editor

Looking for an experienced editor for YouTube videos, able to create something comparable to The Norris Nuts. Must have experience with graphics, and be able to do up to 50-100 per video. Also looking for 8-10 songs per video with scene or angle changes every 7 seconds. We would like to focus on these 4 things to help boost our channel.
1. Viral video
2. thumbnail clicks
3. Viewer watch times
4. Continuity. Viewers click on another of our videos or a similar recommended video, and do not leave YouTube after watching one of ours!
