Google Ads Expert

Hi there! We are a Digital Marketing Agency looking for a FULL-TIME Google Ads (PPC) Specialist and Digital Marketing VA to help us analyze and grow more effective PPC campaigns for our clients.

This position is critical to our success, so we would prefer someone with extensive experience in digital marketing and creating successful PPC campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing
• Refining and growing paid search campaigns for a growing list of clients (all in the same industry)
• Creating detailed reports of campaign performance for our use and for the client's use
• Performing keyword research and writing ad copy
• Work with other team members (designers) to implement a cohesive and integrated strategy
• Designing and testing Landing Pages and Ad Copy for effectiveness and high conversion rates
• Compiling weekly & monthly reports to quantify results and communicate them to the team\
• Interpreting Google Analytics Data and using it to create and execute a strategy
• Analyzing current Conversion tracking methods and offering new ideas - if needed

Requirements
• Familiar with Digital Marketing jargon (e.g. PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, bounce rate, pages/session, etc.)
• Must have examples of success: Helped a client grow their overall profit with paid search and has the numbers to back it up, helped a client reach a target CPA/ROAS and has the numbers to back it up....etc.
• Must be able to take data and identify trends, improve performance, solve problems, etc
• Knowledge of web building software a plus (Thrive Themes, Elementor, Divi, etc.) Also use of landing page software is helpful (Instapage or Unbounce)

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

About Me:
I own 3 different marketing companies. My newest company, K9 Cloud ( ---------- ) is the marketing agency for a large, international Dog Training franchise. They are a large franchise with over 130 locations and each of them is independently owned. I am currently working with 40 of their locations and need your help!
