Virtual, Canadian, Real Estate Brokerage looking for individual who can support the National Office Manager with general administration, and deal review for 50+ agents.
Primary duties will include:
Reviewing contracts for accuracy, signatures and appropriate content
Reviewing online conveyancing system to ensure information is entered accurately by agents
Contacting lawyers, other real estate offices and real estate agents for information
Reporting to the National Office Manager & Broker for any questions & clarifications
Basic accounting, tracking and reconciliation
This individual should be:
Comfortable using Gmail & Google Drive, Sheets & Docs
Professional and courteous on
Have access to high speed internet that can handle video calls & multiple web based tasks
It is helpful for this individual to have experience working with Real Estate companies in the US or Canada. On the job training will be provided.
