VA with Strong SEO and English Skills

I'm looking for someone to help me full-time in my online business. I need a VA that will focus mainly on SEO(link building, posting on articles, videos and content and social media sites, etc) and follow up with my customers over the phone. You must have strong English skills and be friendly and upbeat over the phone. I also need someone that is an expert in Wordpress and is very technical and has experience in some web technologies.
