Telemarketer - B2B cold caller

I need an experience B2B marketer where he or she is able to be confident to call business and find the decision maker to spread on our business services. We have a data of leads for the B2B telemarketer to call, so he or she does not need to find the leads. We also be teaching the telemarketer on how to speak to the prospective client on what to say. However, please note that we need a experience marketer that will be able to be very confident to make the calls.

Also, they will also need to have access to call internationally. More likely a subscription to Skype calls or other miscellaneous telephone service that allows the telemarketer to be able to call globally.
