JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a virtual assistant to assist me with my business growth on a monthly basis, some months will be busy, others may be a bit quiet.

My business is within the Property Development and Finance sector.

Work will involve but not limited too:
1. Xero Bookkeeping
2. Sage One Bookkeeping
3. Recording Receipts
4. Payroll (on sage and xero)
5. Organisation of Files using Dropbox - Saving records etc
6. Assistance with writing letters
7. Assistance with filling in excel spreadsheets that have Formulas including (IF, IFS, SUM, MAX)
8. using CRM System (Currently using Insightly CRM).
9. Assistance with creating and compiling training manuals for staff training
10.Dealing with new client onboarding (Email)
11. Other reasonable clerical tasks
