P20250922 Product Designer / Graphic Artist (With Research)

We're looking for a full-time work-from-home creative designer who can combine artistic skills with market intelligence to create products that truly resonate with our American customers. We're an established e-commerce store with a strong track record specializing in personalized print-on-demand products.

## What You'll Do

- Design personalized products (eg. shirts, mugs, tumblers, ornaments)
- Research market trends and identify design opportunities that appeal to our target customers
- Analyze competitor designs and identify gaps in the market
- Create mockups and product presentations for listings
- Develop designs that incorporate meaningful quotes and sayings
- Process personalized artwork for customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Work hours - Mon-Fri Philippine time (no night shift)

## Requirements

- Age: 28 years or older (this role requires maturity and experience)
- Proficiency in Photoshop. We do not use Canva.
- C2 Level English proficiency required - must understand nuanced meanings in quotes and emotional messaging without AI dependency
- Exceptional attention to detail - Critical for preparing and proofing orders
- Market research abilities (training provided)
- Strong creative flair with good typography and layout design
- Detailed, resourceful, hardworking and willing to put in extra hours when needed
- High EQ - able to collaborate, give and receive constructive feedback
- Experience with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify print-on-demand products is a bonus
