I am in need of a Virtual Assistant to help me with the following tasks, My company is based within the construction industry and works as a middleman between customers(homeowners) and sub-contractors( electricians, plumbers ect).
i Would like my business to be incense 'computerised' and would like to keep paperwork/ admin to a minimal so am willing to opt in to various systems and software to do so. I basically would like to be able to run my company from anywhere as i greatly enjoy travelling ect. i also need to be able to leave the back of house as i need to focus on the front of house and securing customers ect. i also require my VA to have great knowledge in Social media marketing as this is where i will be generating most of my sales and
i believe that personal growth is of upmost importance to grow a good team and long lasting company thus i will provide relevant training to help to do so.
I require a VO to assist me with the following tasks:
- SEO (My Website is a WIX based Site)
- Social Medial Advertising (Mainly FB & Google adds)
- General Marketing
- Business Admin
- Input of Client data into contract templates
- Bookkeeping
- computerising business
