Greetings!

I’m an IT consultant in different maritime agency and I am looking for an IT Support Assistant to provide SME-Level assistance to our customers who will be responsible for maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware computer in a company located within Metro Manila.

Qualifications:

Graduated in any IT related courses (Computer Science or Computer Engineering)
Able to work long hours and maintain relations with clients on all levels
Good communication skills
Promptness and efficiency
Detail-oriented and multi-tasker
Quick learner. Motivated and dedicated to getting the job done right
Positive mental attitude and a Christian
Must live within Metro Manila


Must be knowledgeable in the following:

All sorts of desktop computers mainly in different hardware components
Networking peripherals such as routers, switches, firewall, network cabling and resolving network issues
Configuring different operating system in any Windows version platform
Different application software like Remote Desktop Connection, Office 2007/2010 Pro, Adobe Acrobat etc.
