Our company is a licensed Mortgage Broker in California. Our purchase side loan Loan Officer must handle a significant volume of monthly transactions, and we are building a team to support her.

We are looking for experienced loan officer assistants to work directly with one of our loan officers. Our LOAs will work with numerous clients simultaneously and must be able to use our CRM to stay organized.

Prior to accepted contract, our LOAs will prep clients and walk them through the loan application in preparing them to speak with our LO. After accepted contract, our LOAs will facilitate the processing of the loan file, including updating the client and the Realtor regarding all critical dates and deadlines.

LOAs will have direct phone, text, and email communication with clients and must be comfortable with all aspects of the loan process. LOAs will communicate with underwriters, collect and interpret information, schedule appraisals, make sure we meet critical milestone deadlines, and more.

This is a demanding and high-pressure job. We pride ourselves on our responsibility for our client's money, providing them with the lowest rate and the best customer experience every time. Reliability and professionalism are required of every LOA.

Previous experience wuth US Federal loan products or California based clients is preferred.
