Long Term VA - SEO/Marketing Work

I'm looking at hiring a full-time VA that will work with me 40 hours per week.

I am a marketing consultant who is now managing more clients than I have time for. I am looking to hire a VA to fulfill specific tasks for me to help scale my efforts.

Needs to be fluent in English.

I will be collaborating with you multiple times per week to establish goals and collaborate on specific projects that I am working on. Most of the projects are marketing (SEO) based, however, I may have you do some general managerial work as well. Things like data collection, putting together reports for me, and more.

I am will train you through training videos and standard operating procedures that I have created and will send you. If you have some prior experience that is excellent and will set you apart from other candidates. Again, however, it is not required.

Here are the core tasks that I foresee you helping me with.

Link Building/Partnership Building
- Building lists of websites in a given niche
- Finding contact info of specific individuals for the given websites
- Facilitating outreach to websites to build partnerships
- Managing partnership relations
- Sending articles that I write to website partners
- Brainstorming article topics

SEO Audits
- Auditing websites
- Keyword research
- Data downloads (from my tools)

Random General/Managerial Tasks
- Reading articles and writing simplified notes for me.
- Creating lists of companies
- etc.

How I foresee this working is that I will send you a list of tasks for the week on Sunday/Monday for items to work on. I will train you initially how to do each task if needs be. Nearly every task I'll have you do will be something we do again and again so after that first training, doing tasks will be systematic. We'll work together to improve processes as need arises.

I expect a daily email detailing what you've worked on for the day. This will show me the progress you've made on the projects we are working on.
