T- Shirt Designer/ Illustrator

Hello :) Our Business is looking for the right graphic designer to produce hundreds and potentially thousands of high quality t shirts for our growing business. I will need text only designs, graphic only designs and a mix of text and graphic designs.
WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR :
-Typographic Design Experience
- Creative Hand Drawn Designs
-Be able to create up to 3 original Designs per day
-Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator or any other related software
-Knowledge in Trademark (NO Batman shirts ;)
-Good and fast English or German Communication ( I cant wait 2 days for a response)
-Responsibility
-Google Drive
-High Quality and Unique Designs
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING :
-Long business relationship (at least 1 or 2 years)
-Easy and friendly Communication via Skype, Facebook
- A fair business relationship (When we are successful you will profit from it inform of bonuses)
IMPORTANT
- You make sure NOTHING you design violates copyright
- Nothing you sent was ever or will ever be in the future sent to anyone else(original designs only)
PAYMENT
I will pay you on a per design basis: 3-5 $
ONLY THE 3 BEST WILL WIN:
As I only want the best designers out there for our business- I will do a little competition for this job.
If you made it to the next round I will sent you 2 ideas for a t-shirt design, you will create those 2 ideas(yourself and unique) and sent them back to me asap(deadline will be given).
