YouTube Editor / Thumbnails / SEO

I need a YouTube video editor / Thumbnails / SEO for promoting YouTube video. I am new to YouTube so as my videos grow and our relationship grows, so will the paid projects.

The style video is not a vlog but simply a tutorial video of me being in front of the camera so you need to do video editing such as cuts, background music, overlaying text, b-roll, subtitles, etc. Keeping the viewer engaged is key.
