Video Editing and Graphic Design

I'm looking for part time help with video editing and graphic design. Work will be sporadic, but will pay relatively well.

I have a Real Estate business in the US and occasionally need help designing flyers and graphics for Craigslist ads and such.

I'm also getting ready to start doing videos for my website and will need someone that can edit them, put graphics in, etc. I'm not looking for them to be professionally done because I want it to be more personable, but I do want them to be put together well.

Pay is negotiable based on what the job is as they come up. Pretty easy to do this stuff in your spare time if you know what you are doing I would think.
