This job is open to part time workers as well, willing to work 20 Hours a week or more.

My goal in hiring an outside designer is to be able to complete work efficiently
and quickly with the least of my time possible.

You need to have good communications skills, both verbal and written in English.
While we may video chat, I'm guessing that we would have the majority of communications between email and skype.

This means I'm looking for an organized person, who can prioritize and manage a few projects at a time, is self sufficient and simply gets things done.

Having been the IT & Internet field for many years, I understand that you may not know everything out there, and it's not expected, however
I do expect you to research things and not simply say, I don't know it.

I want to do things the right way, even though that takes more time and expect the same from my team.
Paying attention to details and insuring things are done properly is very important.

The work is related to Web Design and updating content on sites, with the majority being in WordPress.
We don't use themes out of the box, and I fully expect to customize and tweak sites to make them clean and enhanced, with an emphasis on aesthetics.

Skills Required:
WordPress ( Plugins, themes, security, functionality )
Divi Theme ( full customization capabilities )
Elementor Theme
Strong knoweledge of HTML5/CSS3,Responsive Web Design and some javascript and possibly a little Upgrade to see actual infootoshop
