250 + calls per day to generate new business in an environment where we value everyone as family and an important part of our team. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties:

This role will be part of our first point of contact for potential leads and clients. We will provide you with the guidance, ongoing
training, and resources to make sure you are successful, however, your success will be up to you and your hard work. Primarily responsibilities will be to cold call outbound sellers and buyer leads daily that will be provided to you.

Primary duties include:

- outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
- appointment setting while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
- Accurately qualify potential customers (cold calling and inbound sales inquiries) and convert to appointments for Acquisition Team
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of a CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service.

Sales Experience is required (1-year minimum)
