T-Shirt Graphic Designer

Welcome :)

My name is Victoria and I'm looking for creative and passionate designers that would create illustration, lettering and abstract designs for T-Shirts. While creativity and skills are a must for this job, a trustworthy and reliable business relationship is what I'm looking for.

I shall receive 10 desings per day, 7 days a week (minimum for a year). I will contact you weekly to let you know about the design themes/subjects (ocasionally accompanied by doodles or sketches to help you understand what I'm expecting) :)

I do not mind what kind of tools or softwares you use to create your work. I must receive each individual design in a .png file format, 300 dpi with maximum 3000x3000 Pixel.

The desings created within this job must:

- be created by you (not copied, borrowed, purchased from other platforms or individuals)
- be creative
- be unique
- not be subject of copyright and trademark infringement*
- not display violence or sexual content
- be newly created designs, unavailable on the market
- not be sold to other individuals or companies

* the designer is responsible to check for the conformity of their design to copyright and trademark laws. Any design violating these laws will not be remunerated.

Job Details:
You agree to transfer all the rights of the designs exlusively to ---------- signs created within this job can not be sold to any other individual or ---------- the beginning I will offer $1 per design. Since I am looking for a long term colaboration, after a few months working together I will offer you 5% of revenue from each T-Shirt sold with your design. For example: If in 4 months from now I will sell 7 T-shirts a week from a particular designer => I will offer 5% of the revenue I made on the sales after tax to the creator. The better your design, the more sales and the better for both of us :)

This job application will be a 4-step casting, which will help me to find the best match. Each casting step will consist of a task ( e.g. to create 2 designs on a specific topic). The expected topics might require illustration, lettering or both. I must receive each individual design in a .png file format, 300 dpi with maximum 3000x3000 Pixel.

1st step = from all the applicants 30 desiners will be invited to this step = each participant has to create 2 designs on a specific topic (will be disclosed privately) = Note: each participant will be remunerated with $1 for this step

2nd step = 15 selected participants from step 1 = each participant has to create 2 designs on a specific topic (will be disclosed privately) = Note: each participant will be remunerated with $1 for this step

3rd step = 5 selected participants from step 2 = each participant has to create 2 designs on a specific topic (will be disclosed privately) = Note: each participant will be remunerated with $1 for this step
