We are a successful Real Estate Brokerage located in Ottawa, Ontario in Canada. Our unique marketing generates numerous leads and requires an experienced closer to follow up, nurture, qualify and book appointments and deal with prospect questions. This position offers a base salary and commission with exceptional opportunity to earn a 6 figure income.

This Candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Must have a very strong Character/will power and desire to succeed.

- A highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, who is motivated by high earning potential, is detail-oriented, customer focused, creative, enjoys selling and developing new business over the phone.

- Must be team & goal oriented.

- Must be positive and enthusiastic.

- Must be available some evenings & weekends.

- Must Have at least FIVE years experience in Inside Sales/Sales field.

- Must demonstrates the desire to meet and exceed team sales goals.

- Must have the natural ability to sell.
