Tasks will include:

- Using SF to manage Ebay store dropshipping from Amz
-Manual sourcing / researching niches / items on Amazon within requirement/listing criteria and running through SF locator and listing generator
-Monitor all awaiting shipment orders checking any purchase issues, tracking numbers are uploaded promptly
-Answer all customer queries and pre and post sale questions with given templates as a guide.
-Handle returns and money back guarantee cases as per given system
-Handle feedback appeal and monitoring status/performance of the account
-Cancel orders and contact customers with given templates provided
-Checking listings and making sure that it complies with eBay policies
- Optimise listings (add artwork to highlight RRP or discount on rrp, find other pics matching UPC or description of item) and amend listing if not pulled through from amazon correctly
- Fulfill orders manually on SF on Amazon
- Monitor status/performance of the account
-Find profitable items using Zik Analytics*** Very important
-Making sure that all negative feedback are reviewed and appealed to eBay Customer Support for removal if needed and managing defects to maintain top-seller performance status
