LINEMAN TRAINEE

Job Purpose: Responsible for customer premise and outside plant installations, including framing, mounting, pulling and grounding.

Job Duties:

Performs maintenance check of fiber optic cables
Responsible in handling delicate fibers
Performs tasks such as climbing ladders, fusion splicing of optic fibers, new splicing and repair splicing.
Assist in the troubleshooting including in the maintenance to resolve signal problems
Carry the ladder and ensure that it is properly safe keep after use.
Assist the Team in the acceptance activities.
Perform other duties/tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate Superior or Project Manager
