Greetings,
I'm head of sales for a new startup company - looking for an assistant - 20 hours/week to start, and then increasing to 40 hours/week over next few months. (depending on your availability)
You will help me identify new prospects for our company, using linked in, online research, and then put them in our CRM so that I can contact them each day.
You will also help us keep our CRM organized as well as monitor my email, calendar, coordinate appointments, and perform some light bookkeeping (excel is fine) and project management.
Please emphasize any experience you have in the sales process, online research, linked in, web research, and online collaboration tools.
If you have any US-based references, feel free to include them.
Expectation: You must have at least two hours/day overlap with us in US (Eastern) timezone. The other two hours/day can be on your own time. We expect you to be on Skype during your work hours, and to be available by mobile phone (for urgent matters only).
This is a great opportunity to get in with an interesting new company from the beginning. Training will be provided. Interviews as soon as possible.
