Customer Service Associates

The Dopple is a US-based start-up company for kids (online clothing subscription) and we are looking for the right person who can work with us dedicatedly.

If you have the following qualifications then I'd love to talk to you!

Completed 2/4 years of any course in the college of any course
Have at least 2 years in Customer Service experience preferably Email/admin support
CX remote experience is a plus!
Amenable to work EST time zone
Is not committed in any other job or will not have a conflict of schedule as this is a full-time position
Ability to learn and adjust to a fast-paced growing company
English Proficiency ( verbal and written)

If you have knowledge using G-Suite ( Google sheets, spreadsheets, hangouts, calendar, etc.. ) then it will be a plus as well!
