You are:
Independent, problem solver, creative thinker, quick learner with at least 3 yrs of experience as a sales rep, intuitive people’s person, outgoing personality
Your primary responsibility will be prospecting and pursuing leads of potential new clients by calling small businesses and connecting with the C-suite (Decision Makers) to engage in conversations around how the product could best serve their needs.
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
Successfully handle prospect objections
Pre-call planning, Opportunity qualification and objection handling, Call structure and control
The highest level of integrity
Radically transparent, and boldly accountable
Your tasks:
from 50 - 200 calls/week. We don’t care as much about how many total calls you execute as much as how much is the conversion rate to a lead + new customer (account). So if you consistently hit a 4% conversion rate or higher that is valuable to us.
You will get a quota in terms of quarterly revenue we’d like to hit

A compensation structure that allows for uncapped earnings
Salary: hourly rate based on experience
Additional Compensation:
Commission (depending on quota you hit - scalable)
