Fleet Manager

The person shall be responsible in assigning courier partners to clients as well as on-boarding new courier partners and ensuring courier partner satisfaction.

Ensures that all Orders have a courier partner assigned, and that assigned courier partner is briefed on specific requests of the ---------- addition, he/she will be responsible for addressing courier related complaints, issues, and concerns.

Responsibilities

Operational
Responsible in checking and monitoring all Orders in the system for execution;
Handle courier partner discipline;
Ensure courier partner retention and satisfaction.

Administrative
Provides data/analysis needed for reporting;
Updates reports on a daily basis.

Ad Hoc Assignments
Perform other duties as may be assigned
