*URGENT* Professional Customer Care Agent Needed!

Min. 4 Years of Experience Required! No Exceptions

- Excellent English Speaker.
- Email customers, make sure they are happy with our services.
- Call customers, make sure they are happy with our services, and if there is anything we need to do write it down.
- Follow up with customers on their status
- Follow up with our agents on their customer's accounts
- Be able to follow a script and make it authentic.
- Be able to learn how to use CRM and scheduling software. If necessary training will be provided on all applications
- Provide a written summary of any issues

This person should be able to learn quickly and work autonomously.
This will be a full-time position.

- Work from 9am - 6pm Ph time. Mon - Fri
- Have a functional working laptop with high-speed internet
