eCommerce Expert (8+ years experience required)

Hello, we are a U.S. based eCommerce brand. We are looking for an eCommerce expert that has over 8 years of experience working in the eCommerce sector. They must be 100% fluent in English, very smart with technology and software, and understand all the parts of eCommerce business.

They must have deep experience with:

1. Amazon
2. Shopify
3. Inventory Management
4. Customer Service (on ZenDesk)
5. Expertise with software and technology, very quick learner.

Amazon:

-Amazon Seller Central
-Amazon FBA program - setting up FBA shipments, replenishing inventory, managing inventory sell-thru
-Building and managing Amazon listings
-Working with Amazon seller support and solving any Amazon related problems

Shopify:

Must have experience working with the Shopify platform. They must know how to connect Shopify to our ERP program and manage ---------- ventory Management:

The right candidate will have experience managing inventory in multiple warehouses, being sold from multiple sales channels. We have 5 different warehouses (where we store inventory) and sell on 15+ different channels - will you know how to manage this?

Customer Service:

This is NOT a 100% customer service role, but this right candidate will need to interact with customers sometimes - perfect fluent english is mandatory.

Technology:

The right candidate is very very tech savvy, and can learn new software very quickly.
