Executive Assistant
I am an entrepreneurial person. I always have a million things on the go. On a DISC assessment I am strong DI. I'm looking for an intelligent, calm, hyper-organised person who will support me with all the things I'm bad at. I also need you to do some important client work that is of repetitive nature.
You must be HYPER-reliable! I don't need you to be there 24-7, and I understand things happen. But please recognise I will be relying on you, and need you to be solid, dependable.
(This is an essential part of who you are - I'm after the kind of person who doesn't like things to be messy or unorganised!)
Compensation: Monthly - full time or part time.
I run a growing, fast-paced small businesses, and I'm in need of a full-time, A-player Executive Assistant.
I'm offering flexible daytime hours and working from home. The ideal candidate is an organisational ninja who doesn't let anything drop and is amazing at customer service. I am useless at knowing what I'm doing or keeping my diary or to-do list up to date. Things are falling through the cracks.
Can you help me?
Must be tenacious taskmaster. Computer and organisational skills are a must. Looking for someone to reach through the chaos, and get us organised.
You must have great English. I need you to be able to proof-read stuff, write well, care about things being correct, be comfortable calling a client, introducing yourself, and helping them.
Qualifications:

Happy to help - whether that's business or personal
Numerate - able to check that things add up. (Note, this is not a bookkeeping role, so no formal accounting knowledge is required, but it is beneficial)
Fast and reliable broadband, PC, monitor, webcam, desk etc.
Responsibilities:
Familiar with stuff like social media scheduling
Action item checking and check-in, task status checking, holding people to account to provide updates.
Payment checking
Receipts processing
Email
Follow up with clients
Replying to social media messaging
Handling incoming
Checking website comments or reviews
Managing an interview spreadsheet
Managing guest appearance spreadsheet
Planning travel
Writing instructions and documentation
Varied additional tasks are definitely required
Number 1 skill? An ability to "figure it out"! We're all here to support each other, but you must be the kind of person who is resourceful and can come up with innovative solutions to problems that will come up. Never ask a human a question until you've asked Google!
