Real Estate/Tax Overage Virtual Assistant

I am currently looking for someone that would like the opportunity to help others and make great money at the same time!

I am currently located in Florida, here in the United States. Home of Disney World Orlando and many other amazing theme parks and attractions.

My business primarily handles all things Real Estate, However, I would like to hire an assistant to manage the Asset Recovery position of my business.

Asset Recovery focuses on helping citizens here in the United States that have lost their homes due to the inability to pay their property taxes. Many times when citizens do not pay their property taxes their home goes to Auction and someone else will buy their home. While this is incredibly unfortunate, these citizens often have extra money they can collect on after the Auction that they had no idea about. This is called Tax Sale Overages.
We help people find and claim their overages from these tax sales!

The Asset Recovery business is a rewarding business but also one that pays out very well. Each claimed filed on behalf of those affected by tax sale auctions can be anywhere from $25,000 USD to $200,000 USD. We generally collect 30%-40% of the funds that we help collect on someone's behalf.

For example, If we were to file a claim and a former homeowner has $100,000 USD in excess funds, or tax sale overages.
We assist them in claiming the file, and in return receive 30% of $100,000 USD.

That's $30,000 USD.

You will receive a 2% of the money we make on each claim. For example, If we receive $30,000 USD on a claim, you would receive $600 on top of your monthly pay.

- The ability to fluently read and write in English
- The ability to make cold calls to those who have unclaimed funds.
- The ability to do extensive research
- The ability to work cohesively with the US time zones.
- The ability to use Microsoft Word
- Be self-motivated
- The ability to learn quickly
-The ability to help others during their greatest time of need!

The Benefits and Pay

Monthly Pay: $250 USD to $300 USD; (plus commission}

Healthcare/ PhilHealth

Scheduled Vacation time.

2 days off of work after we successfully claiming funds for a client. (You can choose what days you want to take off!)

Automatic pay increase after our first successful claim.

Bonuses available during periodic evaluations of your work and diligence.
