Photo 'finder' / sourcer of concept images for US travel 'top10' lists and Itineraries

We are looking for a photo sourcer to find travel experience photos to introduce locations, Top 10 Lists, and Itineraries
• Great US locations – we will provide a list of places, and we need you to find great images that illustrate the travel experience.
• Intro images for Top 10 lists and Itineraries - Photos are inspiring, fun, visionary – exciting the reader’s travel passion, illustrating some relation to the top 10 list, and motivating the reader to want to read more. Some top 10 lists include: “Boston’s 10 unforgettable romantic hotel experiences”; “Top 10 classic Americana gourmet restaurants that you don’t want to miss in NYC”; “A one day tour of San Francisco’s most exciting luxury shopping deals”; “Los Angeles’ top Hollywood attractions”.

About our Chinese travelers: these are Chinese travelers to the top US cities– representing the top 10% of the Chinese market, in income and work experience. We focus on Singles, Couples, Families, and Students. Because many Chinese are traveling to the USA for the first time, they need to see photos that can enable them to imagine the travel experience.

Preferred photo sourcer job requirements:
• You have some professional or personal experience in photo selection
• You are an excellent communicator via images
• You either know of excellent sources or can find ways to get the best picture
• Complete work under pressure and deadlines
• You have both relevant photo and US travel experience, but you can prove it thru your picture selection

How we work and how we pay
• We pay for performance. We first pay photo sourcers on a small 3-hour tryout assignment. If most photos are a fit and are, then you get a longer term project of more assignments on a weekly basis.
• You need to find several photos for each location or list, then upload a thumbnail of each photo, with corresponding info, to our Flickr photobank. We will track your progress with the completion of each list.
• We expect all photos to be found online, not personally photographed by you.
• We do not pay additional fees for stock images unless previously approved.
• Identify the source and any other info needed so we can purchase the rights (if needed, unless they are covered by Creative Commons or equivalent)
• You can work remotely, submit work by email, but must be available for conference calls by phone or online (eg skype). You must receive final approval for acceptance. Your invoices and our payments are monthly.

• links to photos, that you select, that may be a fit (websites or online photos),
• explain your interest and relevant experience to the assignment,
• your starting date and weekly availability.
• We prefer candidates that can work on a starting assignment in 1-2 weeks.
