Job description

• Provide technical support to customer during troubleshooting and network fault recovery
• Performs software upgrades and updates including preparations of method of procedures and verifications on testbed.
• Performs hardware replacement of Datacom network elements such as routers and firewalls.
• Conducts network health check based on the contracted agreement with customer.
• Perform periodic updating of customer network topology and contingency plan for datacom equipment
• Perform periodic VPN remote access network testing for all network domain.
• Assistance in the closure of service request, conduct on-site support if necessary and ensure compliance to customers.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in BGP, IGP, ISIS protocol.
• Preferably with CCNA or CCNP
• Network concepts, web servers, apche and IIS
• Working knowledge in internet technologies & hosting
• Knowledge in Microsoft windows server family
