Hiring Video Editing VA ASAP

We will train a Video Editing VA for one of our clients, Breakthrough Naturally.

Breakthrough Naturally was started to give an alternative path to mental and physical wellness. Hippocrates, “The Father of Medicine”, who is considered one of the most outstanding figures in the history of medicine wrote, “Let food be thy medicine” and Breakthrough Naturally subscribes to that statement thoroughly.

Co-founders Neiko Alexander and Kerri Kasem have dealt with their misdiagnosis’ by finding the underlying health problem which could then be treated naturally and they want to help others find their best path to wellness. Vitamin deficiencies, food allergies, diet and other health conditions can lead to a misdiagnosis of a “mental illness”.

We need a creative and effective Video Editing VA who knows how to make and edit videos like these:

• Confident in using Adobe Premiere and After Effects or Final Cut Pro X and Motion.
• Able to execute custom requests, new ideas that will be conveyed either in written English or with a sample video provided that they can copy.

Are you able to logically structure these videos without us giving you a detailed outline?

Can you keep up with the volume of videos we produce and not need others to watch for misspellings, choice of inappropriate music, and basic QA?

You must not only be a video VA but study our material and be well-versed enough to come up with compelling titles and summaries. Demonstrate you can or are willing to learn how to write copy that will attract attention, get people to sign up for our courses, and fit the voice for each of our instructors.

You must have good English communication skills -- both oral and written.

Can you look at a video's performance and troubleshoot why people are bouncing after only 5 seconds?

Do you need someone to watch over your work closely and correct trivial errors?

We want a Video VA who we can mentor, but don't need to babysit.

Experience with the Adobe suite, such as After Effects will be a huge plus.
