Hiring Operations VA ASAP

We will train an Operations VA for one of our clients, Breakthrough Naturally.

Breakthrough Naturally was started to give an alternative path to mental and physical wellness. Hippocrates, “The Father of Medicine”, who is considered one of the most outstanding figures in the history of medicine wrote, “Let food be thy medicine” and Breakthrough Naturally subscribes to that statement thoroughly.

Co-founders Neiko Alexander and Kerri Kasem have dealt with their misdiagnosis’ by finding the underlying health problem which could then be treated naturally and they want to help others find their best path to wellness. Vitamin deficiencies, food allergies, diet and other health conditions can lead to a misdiagnosis of a “mental illness”.

Your tasks are as follows but not limited to:
- Email and Customer Support
- Social Media Management
- Content Management
- Blog or article content finding
- Light Website Management
- Data Entry Management
- Calendar Management
- Client management
- Process and Documentation management
- Other admin tasks
- Everything with regards to Operations.

If you know Infusionsoft, Facebook ads, Basecamp, and WordPress, even better.

If you don't have every skill, that's okay-- we will train you.
What we care more about is your attitude, ability to learn, and pleasure to work with with a team.

We believe that people who are fast learners and have a bias for action but don't have a lot of experience are better than those who do the exact same thing every day, but can't adapt to a changing landscape.

So you have to be okay with not everything being perfectly clear-- that often you have to use your best judgment and figure stuff out. There is a balance between asking questions all the time (needing hand-holding) and struggling to try to it without ever asking for help (lone ranger wasting time).

You must have good English communication skills -- both oral and written.

And as part of helping us figure things out, you'll have to be good with documenting processes so well that others can follow what you've done.
