CodaPay ( ---------- ) is a fast-growing, venture-backed international technology company that helps customers across Southeast Asia use their mobile accounts to purchase digital content online (e.g. game credits, e-books, smartphone applications, etc.). Responsibilities
CodaPay is a service-oriented company, and our customer support team is our key interface with customers, so your role in the company will be very important. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their questions via phone, SMS, e-mail, Facebook, CRM, and any other way that customers might think of to get in touch with us.

You’ll also be responsible for liaising with our mobile operator, Merchants and other partners as required to help quickly resolve any problems that customers have using our service.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in customer-focused role (service, hospitality, call center, etc.)
- Positive personality and attitude
- Good communication Skills
- Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Conversant in English and Tagalog is a must
- Willing to work on shifts: Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Public Holidays

NOTE: You would work 35 hours/week, evenings/nights (i.e. 4pm to midnight or midnight to 8am), weekends, and public holidays, so flexibility is a must. There is a transport and meal allowance for night shifts and overtime bonus. If you’re interested, please apply!
