JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities
• Performed efficiently in preparing and monitoring the correctness of shipping/delivery documents (sales invoices, delivery receipt, COA) prior to releasing of goods to customers.
• Ensures that the customer’s delivery requirement is met through daily communication
• Filing and Data archiving
• Booking hotels and transpositions for travelers
• Management of office supplies
• Supporting superiors to acquire necessary government permits /clearances.
• Assist in bank transactions and local payables.
• Contact possible supplier or provider for any requirement of the team.
• Assistance for the visa application of expatriates and obtaining housing during his stay in the Philippines.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With minimum of 1 year experience in PEZA company or handle PEZA
• Can do multi-tasking.
