Professional Video Editor - YouTube Platform

I need a professional video editor for a new YouTube channel. I will be doing 2-3 videos per week for a total of 104 - 156 videos per year. The pay structure will be 8,000 PHP plus bonuses depending on how much revenue comes in from the channel. Obviously the beginning will be 8,000 and over time as the channel grows and we develop more revenue streams you will be paid more accordingly. This will be an incentive to do good work as well. The better you do, the faster the channel grows, the more you get paid. Someone who knows the dimensions of YouTube for best quality, communicates well in English, and understands written instructions. We are looking for someone that has a developed style of editing, cinematic edits, good with transitions, unique, and has creative skills.
