Years in Business – An agency or person with at least 3–5 years of experience is preferable.
Industry Specialization – Im looking Look for agencies or people that have worked with businesses in the Real Estate Industry.
Case Studies & Success Stories – ill need to Review case studies, testimonials, and previous campaigns to assess their impact.
Past & Current Clients – Do you have any references as well as previuos or ongoing work with similar brands/companies.

2. Strategy & Approach
Customized Strategy – should tailor strategies based on my business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making – what analytics and insights to optimize campaigns.
Multi-Platform Expertise – You should be proficient in platforms like:


Facebook
& Instagram (Paid & Organic Growth)
LinkedIn (For B2B Marketing)
TikTok & YouTube (Video & Influencer Marketing)

Twitter
& Pinterest (Niche & Brand Awareness)
Content Strategy & Creation – You should have experience in creating engaging videos, graphics, reels, and written content.

3. Advertising & Growth Capabilities
? Paid Advertising Expertise – You should be skilled in running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns.
? Organic Growth Strategies – You should know how to grow engagement without excessive reliance on paid ads.
? SEO & Hashtag Strategy – Understanding of social media SEO and hashtags to boost reach.
? Influencer & Community Marketing – Ability to collaborate with influencers and manage communities for engagement.

4. Tools & Technologies
? Proficiency in social media tools like:

Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout Social (Scheduling & Management)
Canva / Adobe Suite (Content Creation)
Google Analytics & UTM Tracking (Performance Analysis)
? Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and chatbots for automated engagement is a plus.
5. Reporting & Communication
? Clear Reporting – The agency should provide monthly or bi-weekly reports on metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
