eCommerce Marketing Assistant - Full Time

We are an e-commerce company based in Vancouver, Canada and we are looking to hire a full-time, long-term employee to help out our e-commerce marketing department. Our company sells on a variety of ecommerce sales channels, but most of our sales come from eBay and Amazon.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Working daily with Excel to list, modify and optimize our listings as required
- Managing spreadsheets
- Researching, analyzing and organizing data
- Data entry with high accuracy

Requirements:
- Self-taught individual
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with working in front of a computer the whole day
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel formulas
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail a must
- Team oriented and proven ability to work independently for hours at a time
- Familiarity with eBay & Amazon is a plus
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
- Strives at multitasking and works independently
- Learn new information/tasks/softwares quickly
- Friendly and approachable personality

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Own computer/laptop – You will need to install some programs in order to do the tasks assigned to you
- Must be able to work from Tuesday to Saturday 12am to 8:30am in the Philippines (9am to 5:30pm Pacific Time - PST/PDT). If you will not be available most Saturdays, please do not apply.
- A reasonably fast internet connection as you will be doing most of the work via a connection to our computers here in Vancouver
- A verified PayPal account to receive your pay

We would like to hire someone who wants to grow with the company and stays with us long-term. DO NOT APPLY if you are not committed and only seeking a temporary or part time position.

Our current starting salary offer is CAD$300 paid every two weeks for 40 hours of work every week. That is around USD$240 every 2 weeks at the current exchange rate. Pay will be sent in Canadian dollars. There is a standard 3 month probation period.

If your performance meets our requirements at that time, it will result in permanent employee status.
