image editing expert

hi i have a website where people can create the own game cards they can put their name and picture and also others information and those cards are printed so i need someone who can edit images for me before i prent them and modify them change size of writing remove backgrounds of images imrpove the quality of those image because all the images will be printed so quality has to be the best also when those files will be ready you will have to put create a pdf file with the good printing size because i will send them directly to the factory to print them
