T Shirt Designers

Hey I'm in need of someone who can pump out 16 high quality T shirt designs a week for the next 3-4 months. Some designs will be text only and some will be with graphics.

You'r task will be pretty basic. I will send you a file of ideas of T-shirt designs that I want made. You then take that ideas and put your unique creative spin on them. So being creative is a must! I am trusting you to come up with a similar design but better.

I will be sending over a few samples and would like to see your work and ideas on each. I am looking for someone long term so it is important that we are on the same page. You must have good quality work, be creative, comfortable with deadlines and be flexible with revisions. Also being highly knowledgeable and proficient with T shirt design software is a must!
