Real Estate Acquisition Specialist / Cold caller

In this role, you will be involved in different areas of the business focusing heavily in cold calling potential real estate sellers and offering our service in a friendly and professional manner. REA Specialist will use a designated software to cold call, follow up, make appointments, and record critical information from series of databases provided to you. You will use a scripted sales pitch to better under the sellers situation, motivation, and important property information we’ll need to make a decision whether the property is worth pursuing or not. You will also be in-charge of receiving incoming calls from potential customers, pre-screening such calls and following up to set up appointments. Fluent English is absolutely required

In this role you will be exposed to edge cutting software, on-going training, marketing and sales strategies, and leadership.

Additionally, the REA-S will occasionally be asked to:

• Draft, send, receive, and file away purchase contracts
• Assist owner with administrative duties
• Manage and post in company’s social media

It’s important for the individual to be skilled and confident in building rapport, which means carrying on unrelated conversations or fielding personal and financial questions to understand the motivation of potential sellers. A history of working is sales over the phone or marketing would be a benefit.

Minimum requirements:

1. Own personal computer with good and reliable internet access (the faster the better)
2. Be able to work from a quiet place without interruptions or excessive background noise of any kind
3. Be able to work the night shift (9:30PM-6AM) Philippines time. Monday through Friday US time ( 40 hours per week, 4 weeks per month) - time off and paid holidays can be discussed further in the interview process
4. Own a personal smart phone
5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision
6. Willing to install work monitoring software to ensure quality of work and proper performance
The salary for this position is negotiation depending on experience level. A bonus will be provided each time a REA-S acquires a lead and closes the sale by handing over a well-qualified seller willing to sign our contract. Bonuses are paid after closing on the deal and will vary from $25-150USD depending on the type and size of the deal.
