Virtual Assistant with Copywriting/ Email Marketing experience

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to assist a busy entrepreneur/ life coach in her growing business. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who really loves self-improvement, is always looking for ways to improve or grow, and has a genuine desire to help others. This person would have experience (or a can do attitude in quickly learning) in social media, email marketing, copywriting, and seo.

Ashley Vives is a Certified NLP (Neuro-linguistics Programming) Master Practitioner. She is Certified in Motivational Coaching, Life Coaching, Social and Emotional Intelligence, and Weight Loss. She is the host and creator of the She Lives Fully Podcast.
She Lives Fully is a global life coaching startup that empowers women to create the lives of their dreams through transformational coaching, personal development, and business-building. We are seeking a superstar Virtual Assistant to assist our Founder.

If you're skilled in communication, email marketing, systematization, and quick implementation, then this position is for YOU. This position is also ideal for someone who thrives in front of a computer, a person who likes copywriting, is interested in self help and motivational messages, and has a knack for basic customer service and client management.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
-Maintains social media pages with content and responses, as well as marketing campaigns as needed.
-Assists with podcast in creating content, show notes, marketing tools, and booking guests.
-Assists with email marketing - creating funnels, sales pages, thank you pages, and any content associated with it.
-Actively supports customer service by responding to client emails, customer questions, networking reach outs/ opportunities and more
-Offers support to the Founder with project assistance/coordination and organization

-Tech savvy (Dropbox, Google Docs, Leadpages, Convertkit, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.), and/ or the ability to pick it up quickly.

-Ability to be available for at least 5 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory!
-Fluency working in google drive
-In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer with minimum 1.0ghz dual core processor, 8gb
-High-Speed internet access
-Smartphone with email capabilities


The Following Skills are a PLUS:
- Knowledge of Convertkit Email Funnels
- Knowledge of Leadpages - creating high conversion landing pages
- Experience with the behind the scenes of a full, successful online course launch
- Basic graphic design skills through Canva or comparable programs
- Ability to take on Wordpress website design
- Video editing skills
