ISA- Inside Sales Associate

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
• Tenaciously prospect, qualify and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
• You will schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Agents.
• Work at home • Independent and self-motivated
• Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our customer relationship management system.
• Scheduling of appointments
Qualifications:
• Real estate experience not required but preferred. Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred > We will train
• Outstanding customer service skills
• • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Strong verbal and communication skills; multi-tasking ability, creativity.
• Candidate must be team oriented, learning based, positive attitude
