Job Description
• Provide help and answers to the customers' technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance. This will be done via phone,
• Outbound calling to sales leads, following calling scripts to establish rapport and book appointments
• Meet and exceed personal / team targets
• Manage queue of tickets to ensure proper follow up and resolution of issues
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products
• Properly document issues and make sure service levels are consistently met
• Evaluate system problems and recommend enhancements
• This is not a home base work. Office is located in Makati City.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years experience working in US Market
• Excellent communications skills both oral and written
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Experience with sales and sales calling with proven success at converting leads and booking appointments
• Experience with various CRM tools is a must
• Ability to handle high volume of inbound and outbound requests and prioritize issues to ensure timely, effective response
• Tech savvy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
